Fair President's Welcome
Hello Everyone,
It is my distinct honor and privilege to welcome all of you to the 2025 Middlesex and New Haven County 4-H Fair. Over the course of the year, our officer team has worked incredibly hard to ensure the success of our 99th fair.
I want to start by commending all our 4-H exhibitors. I recognize and appreciate the hard work and dedication each of you have put into your projects. Without you,there is no fair. This weekend is an incredible opportunity to display all that you have achieved. It is my sincere hope that you take a minute this weekend to reflect on and feel pride in all that you've accomplished this year.
To all the parents, club leaders, officer's mentors, and volunteers, thank you. Without your guidance, none of this would be possible. Although we don't always say it, your support means the world to us all. Your time and efforts do not go unnoticed, and they are greatly appreciated. You are the foundation of our accomplishments.
This will be my fourth year in 4-H and my second year as a fair officer. As I reflect on my journey towards college and beyond, I am eternally grateful for the opportunities and guidance 4-H has given me. I've developed my confidence and honed my leadership skills, delved deeper into the importance of agriculture, and broadened my love for the industry. I'm so thankful for the lifelong connections I have made and will continue to carry with me. Here's to a great fair weekend. Best of luck to you all!
