The Litchfield County 4-H Fair will be held on August 8 and 9 in 2009. Location is the fairgrounds on Route 63 in Goshen, Connecticut.
Fairgrounds are open from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Family Dinner is Saturday at 5:00 PM with the auction to follow, and the 4-H Olympics is at 7:30 PM, Saturday, in the main show ring.

A Message From Our President
Dear Members, Families and Friends of 4-H,
When I first joined 4-H, over 8 years ago, I could never have dreamed that I would get to write this letter. It has been a true honor and a great experience to serve as your president this past year. I encourage all of you to get involved in Fair Association. You do not need to be an officer or a club representative to attend meetings. We would love to see more of you there! We need your help!
To all those 4-Her's who are showing this year-GOOD LUCK!! Congratulations for every success you have achieved.
To all the parents of those 4-Her's-we owe you many thanks for driving us to every meeting…clinic…show…We are very lucky to have you there to help us with every step.
To the leaders-Thank you for helping to put this fair together and for being the reason we can all show off what we have achieved. Without your time and energy, we would not be able to have this fair.
So, to finish this off, I hope you have a SAFE and FUN 4-H fair. I cannot wait to see you all there and to see what you have accomplished this year!!
