About our 4-H Club

The Huggable Hummers 4-H Club is a new group whose home base is at New England Alpacas in Killingworth, Connecticut. Although our members share a strong focus on showing alpacas, llamas, and rabbits, we also enjoy learning new fiber arts projects and performing community service projects. Many of our members own their own project animals and work with them on their own time at home, but some lease animals from New England Alpacas (alpacas) and ALPACAboose Farm (rabbits). We generally meet one Saturday a month year round but add on additional dates for special events. We participate annually in The New Haven & Middlesex County 4-H Fair.
